Biography

Lucie leads eBay’s European content team, including content managers, content strategists, translators and web developers. The team currently covers 18 sites in 14 languages, and is grappling with the challenges of building a coherent content strategy that will work across all markets.

A journalist by training, Lucie has spent almost 12 years combined with Amazon.co.uk and currently eBay.co.uk.

Lucie is an experienced speaker and will launch the online communication track with her track keynote – Getting Your Ducks in Row: Introducing Content Strategy to eBay Europe
