In this session, Paul will share insights into designing effective integrated experiences from recent award-winning projects for Electrolux, Humanic and Qualcomm. He'll demonstrate how to decide the the right functionality for different channels and how to choreograph the whole experience to be intuitive, engaging and compelling.
